AV Rant #462: Gremlins
This week, we thank Shannon and James for their donations (James provided an old laptop to help out Tom) plus Bill for talking us up to Emotiva. Thanks guys! You are our listeners of the week! In the news, Vudu now hos 11 movies in UHD and HDR plus more (LINK), Kurt from Blue Jeans Cable explains HDMI cables (LINK), and there is a new sub-$1000 projector king of the block – and it is BenQ again (LINK)! Ray weighs in on MiniDSP vs. Behringer DSP-1124 Feedback Destroyer, Dave recommends “Theatre Test” app for the Apple TV for bass sweeps at a reasonable price ($3), Infinite Gary reports fewer TVs sold this Black Friday (LINK), and Paul had Rob over again.
