Clint: it probably won’t work, but the reason they’re filing bankruptcy is to allow them to get stuff on credit for the Christmas season. Bankruptcy stays old claims. This frees up money to pay new claims. Thus, if I ship CC $100,000 worth of equipment, I don’t have to worry that when they sell them they’ll use the proceeds to pay off some debt from six months ago. the object of Chapter 11 is to let the company reorganize. Now, if they can’t get a plan approved by the bankruptcy judge, they’ll just close down everything, like Linens ‘N Things just did.
Come on guys, get on it. Normal cars have ipod dash integration!
